Supporting Teacher Resilience and Student Success Across Europe
Teacher wellbeing is central to student success, yet staff burnout and stress are rising. By investing in staff resilience, schools reduce absenteeism, strengthen morale, and create the conditions for improved learning outcomes.
Just as teacher wellbeing shapes the classroom, student mindset and behaviour play a critical role in learning. When students struggle with stress, low resilience, or fixed thinking, it often shows up as disengagement or disruptive behaviour.
By equipping educators with tools to nurture positive mindsets and emotional intelligence, schools create calmer, more focused learning environments where students can thrive academically and socially.
An Erasmus+ KA1 “Invited Expert” programme tailored to your school’s unique context will provide you with a series of workshops and other support tools designed to:
- Reduce staff stress, burnout, and absenteeism
- Boost staff morale and student outcomes
- Encourage positive mindset shifts that transform learning potential
- Align with Erasmus+ priorities: knowledge transfer, innovation, and collaboration
And much, much more…
