Located in St. John’s House on Queen Square, our school is right at the heart of Liverpool’s vibrant city centre, making it a great place to study English and feel at home from day one.
Our school is just steps away from Liverpool Lime Street Station and a short walk from Liverpool ONE – a popular destination for shopping, dining and entertainment. Student Accommodation in Liverpool
Moorfield Residence
Moorfield is located near Liverpool’s World Museum and the vibrant Ropewalks area is just a few minutes away. SAE Liverpool is a 5-minute walk, while both the University of Liverpool and John Moores University are around 20 minutes. Choose from a range of en-suites and you’ll have a desk and lots of storage, as well as a private bathroom. A shared kitchen and living area is also on hand when you’re cooking or socialising with flatmates. Moorfield has some fantastic areas to relax or study. The common rooms have comfortable seats, quiet areas for work, a TV room and pool table to use. Plus, there’s 18 car parking spaces if you plan on bringing your car.

Benson Yard Residence
Just a 12-minute walk from Atlas Liverpool and Lime Street Train Station, Benson Yard Residence is a great home for students. Vibrant social spaces help you connect, unwind, and create lasting memories. At the Benson Yard Residence, each en-suite room comes equipped with a desk and ample storage, along with a private bathroom for your convenience. You’ll have access to a shared kitchen and living area, great for cooking and socializing. The residence offers a range of facilities to suit both study and leisure, including a fully equipped gym, cinema room, dance studio, games room, private study areas, and a sky lounge with city views.

At Atlas we understand the joys and potential challenges of moving to a new country. We want your stay with us to be a time you’ll never forget, and your homestay accommodation is as important to us as the time you spend at school. We co-ordinate with our amazing host families to ensure that your stay is both happy and comfortable. Our private home accommodation is located throughout Liverpool and the Wirral and travelling time to school is approximately 15 to 50 minutes. You can choose between a full board or half board option.

Safeguarding
Atlas Language School has both a moral and legal responsibility to make sure that all staff who work with, or have access to, young people under the age of 18 provide them with the highest standard of care.
Atlas is committed to creating and following clear policies so that all staff, and any other adults who have regular contact with students under 18 through Atlas activities, understand and accept their responsibility to safeguard and protect them from harm or abuse.
This means that staff must follow safeguarding procedures carefully and report any concerns about a young person’s welfare to the appropriate staff members or authorities.
Atlas Language School is committed to ensuring that:
- the welfare of students under 18 is our priority.
- all persons under 18, whatever their age, culture, disability, gender, language, racial origin, religious beliefs and/or sexual identity have rights in general and in particular the right to protection from all types of abuse
- All concerns or reports of abuse or inappropriate behaviour will be taken seriously and dealt with quickly and properly.
- all staff are covered by this policy and all staff have a responsibility to report concerns to the appropriate person, the Designated Safeguarding Officer (DSO), which will be either the Safeguarding and Welfare Officer or the Centre Manager.
- all staff receive appropriate training.
- this policy is shared with all staff, read by all staff and understood by all staff.
Atlas Language School has a duty of care to safeguard all persons under 18 from harm. All persons under 18 have a right to protection, and the needs of disabled persons under 18 and others who may be particularly vulnerable must be taken into account. Atlas Language School will ensure the safety and protection of all persons under 18 through adherence to the Child Protection guidelines adopted by Atlas Language School.
