ARTS PROGRAMME


This programme is tailored to students who prefer humanities to sports. fostering creative expression, social interaction with diverse peers, confidence growth, and enhanced speaking skills.

SPORTS PROGRAMME


The sports programme is suitable for students who like to stay active and try out different sports, while interacting and playing with students from different countries and groups. It encourages cooperation and communication with other team players.

Junior Fluency (JP20) & Sports

Our theme-based syllabus has been developed around young learners’ needs and interests. In class, there is a focus on communicative English with lots of small-group and pair-work tasks.

The sports programme is suitable for students who like to stay active and try out different sports, while learning cooperation and communication with other team players. Activities include: soccer, rugby skills, basketball, American bowling, baseball, self defence and Irish Sports (Gaelic football and Hurling). There is a sports tournament throughout the two weeks ending with semi finals and finals on the students’ last day.

Junior Fluency (JP20) & Arts

The Arts programme fosters creative expression, social interaction with diverse peers, confidence growth, and enhanced speaking skills. Activities include creating videos, graffiti, arts and crafts, music, bowling, drama, photography and an all programme talent show. Students will prepare during their two week programme for a grand finale talent show at the end of their course!

Accommodation

  • A welcoming and caring Irish host family that is carefully selected and visited by our Accommodation Officer and vetted by the Police.
  • Students staying in Ennis town walk to school while those staying in the countryside are driven by their families each day.
  • Three healthy meals each day for junior students: Breakfast, A packed lunch and Dinner.
  • Special dietary needs (coeliac, lactose intolerance etc) can be catered for on request however, costs may apply.
