Terms and Conditions: Atlas Language School 10k Followers Giveaway
Eligibility:
1.1. The Atlas Language School 10k Followers Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
1.2. Employees of Atlas Language School and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Giveaway Period:
2.1. The Giveaway period begins on 10th November 2023 and ends on 19th November 2023 at 00:00 Dublin time (GMT).
How to Enter:
3.1. To enter, participants must:

- Follow @AtlasLanguageSchool on Instagram.
- Like and leave a comment on the giveaway post specifying their preferred destination, either “Dublin” or “Malta.”
- Share the giveaway post on their Instagram story and tag @AtlasLanguageSchool.

Winner Selection:
4.1. The winner will be selected at random from the eligible entries using a random online generator.
4.2. The winner will be announced on Tuesday 21/11/2023 on the @AtlasLanguageSchool Instagram page.
Prize:
5.1. The prize includes a 2-week language stay for one person (1x), comprising a full-time English language course and accommodation, in the winner’s chosen location (Dublin or Malta). Accommodation in Malta is organized in residential apartments with twin rooms, providing a comfortable and shared living arrangement with fellow language learners. Accommodation in Dublin is organized in a student residence in a twin room or, if twin rooms are unavailable, in a single-room arrangement.
5.2. The prize can be used by the winner until the end of the following year (2024), subject to availability.
5.3. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
Availability and Booking:
6.1. The prize can be used by the winner until the end of the following year (2024), subject to availability in both accommodation and language course.
6.2. Atlas Language School will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate the winner’s preferred travel dates. However, availability is subject to the school’s course schedules and accommodation capacity. Atlas Language School reserves the right to determine the final dates for the language stay, based on availability.
6.3. It is recommended that the winner contact Atlas Language School promptly after being announced as the winner to discuss and confirm their preferred travel dates. The winner should be flexible in terms of travel dates to increase the chances of securing the desired period.
6.4. Atlas Language School will work closely with the winner to ensure a mutually agreeable booking period is arranged. However, Atlas Language School is not responsible if the winner’s preferred dates cannot be accommodated due to course or accommodation availability.
Notification of Winner:
7.1. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and announced on the Atlas Language School Instagram page.
7.2. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the notification, a new winner will be selected.
General Terms:
8.1. This Giveaway is open to participants worldwide.
8.2. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
8.3. By participating in this Giveaway, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
8.4. Atlas Language School reserves the right to amend or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
