TOEIC Exam
The TOEIC (Test Of English for International Communication) Listening and Reading Test is the world’s most widely-used test of professional, workplace English. It is recognised and trusted by many of the world’s largest and most prestigious companies, especially in Japan, South Korea and France. The TOEIC Listening and Reading Test aims to assess your ability to understand English in a business context. It is designed by the Educational Testing Service (ETS) in Princeton, New Jersey, USA.
Since the TOEIC test assesses candidates’ ability to understand professional English, the test questions commonly include the following topic areas:
- Human resources (e.g., hiring, contracts, pensions)
- Relationships between company departments (e.g., production, accounts, R&D, quality control, etc.)
- Communication and technologies (emails, meetings, conferences, business trips, etc)
- Finances and budget (budgets, accounting, invoicing, etc.)
- Entertainment and media (business meals, culture, events, etc.)
Atlas Language School has been successfully offering and running TOEIC exams since 2012. Here at our Rathmines Exam Centre (Dublin 6), our monthly test dates are open to individuals or groups. You can take the paper-based format as an individual on one of the scheduled exam dates. Exams for groups can be arranged on a day and time to suit your needs, either at the Rathmines Exam Centre, or in another school, college or university school or preferred workplace. We are mobile.
