And this doesn’t need to be boring! You can improve your English even when you are at home watching a film or a series on Netflix. How to install it:

  1. Open Google Chrome on your computer
  2. Go to https://languagelearningwithnetflix.com/
  3. Click on “Install” to be redirected to the Chrome Web Store
  4. Click on “Add to Chrome” and “Accept” on the pop-up

  1. Once installed, open Netflix as usual, select what you want to watch, and this is what you will see:

Language Learning with Netflix will show you subtitles in the original language and will give you the chance to stop the movie, and select any word in order for you to listen to its pronunciation and also check the translation into your own language. It will also allow you to preview the subtitles in real time, so you can select any line you may have missed. And not only that, you will also be able to save any part of the dialogue by clicking on the star next to the subtitle line.

In the controls menu you can find the settings to change the language of the translation. The list of available languages is endless! So you will surely find yours.

There you can also find the button to disable the extension if you don’t want to use it anymore.
