Chichester is a charming and lively city located on the south coast of England just one hour from Gatwick airport. First of all, this beautiful city is shaped by a unique heritage. In fact, it dates back to the Roman times and is steeped in history and character. What’s more, Chichester is located only 10 minutes from the coast. Not to mention the seaside villages and a number of popular beaches. Moreover, the Junior Summer Programme allows students to explore nearby cities such as London, Brighton and Portsmouth.

 
 

Campus: University of Chichester

Our Junior Summer Programme takes place in the University of Chichester and offers a variety of courses. Another key point is that the university is just a 10 minute walk to the historic town centre and has many art facilities. For intance newly-built sports complex, large spacious classrooms, a fully-equipped canteen not to mention shops, library, computer labs and much more.

Accommodation: Residential

The accommodation is on campus in modern, apartment style complexes with shared bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Hence, the students are housed across different buildings as well as split by age and gender. In addition, there is an Atlas staff member living in each building.

Junior Fluency (JP20)

  • 20 Lessons* per week (45 minutes each)

We focused our theme-based syllabus on young learners’ needs and interests. For this reason, the classes concentrate on communicative English with lots of small-group and pair-work activity. In addition, during our social programme activities students use English through sports, crafts and culture for the purpose of further expansion of their learning in fun and challenging contexts.

Junior Fluency Plus (JP26)

  • 20 Lessons* in the mornings
  • 6 Lessons* in the afternoon
  • 3 Afternoon activities each week
  • Full day weekend excursions

Junior Fluency Plus surely is a perfect option for students who wish to spend more time perfecting their language skills. With this in mind, additional lessons take place in the afternoon. Those additional lessons focus first of all on further developing students’ speaking skills. Equally important, the students will spend their afternoons building their confidence in English language.

Fluency Plus with Cambridge First Preparation (JP26FCE)

  • 20 Lessons* group tuition per week
  • 6 Lessons* afternoon FCE Preparation
  • 3 Afternoon activities each week
  • Full day weekend excursions

Our comprehensive FCE programme is perfect for students wishing to prepare for the Cambridge FCE exam.
